Exhibit: I’ve Got Bad News

 I’ve Got Bad News combines digital art techniques to examine socio-political issues concurrent with the destabilizing spread of digital news, misinformation, and generative A.I. Created in response to the last election cycle of the pre-A.I. era, the show eschews fact-based reporting in favor of metaphorical and cumulative approaches to news representation.

Seth Collier is a digital artist with a BFA in Studio Art from Eastern Washington University. Seth’s work draws on current events and his history of mental illness to consider the psycho-spiritual effects of socio-political issues and rapidly advancing technologies.
